I’m Toni D. McEachin, Founder and CEO of Duchess Cosmetics—a beauty brand built for women who want to look like themselves… just prettier. After years as a corporate executive and lifelong beauty lover, I became increasingly frustrated with an industry obsessed with extremes. Everything was either full-glam influencer makeup or trends that never matched my pace, my lifestyle, or my face. And when I started talking to other women—busy professionals, moms, leaders, creatives—I realized we were all saying the same thing:

“Where are the products for women who want simple, polished, natural glam that fits real life?”

So I created it.
